Jimano's Pi - McHenry

Good pizza, good people, good prices. Get the breadsticks! They are bomb! Ask for extra dipping sauce though.

We were out in McHenry delivering an order for our business and we saw this restaurant on the way there. On the way back home we decided to dine in for a late lunch. My husband loves thin crust pizza so we ordered the 16 thin crust Meat Maniac pizza (Italian Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Ground Beef, Bacon, and Pepperoni) while we were waiting we took some pictures of the decor and dining areas. We were the only ones dining inside but it was definitely in between meal time (3pm). The booths are very comfortable too! Wow the pizza was sooo good!! The crust was nice and crispy and was not over cooked. It took us a while to eat but every bite was just as crispy and delicious as the first one. Everyone working here is very nice! The soda machine is out of order. I ordered iced tea but they did not have any ice, so it did not taste too good. I was just about to get up to complain and the lady who took our order was on the way to our table with two complementary bottles of ice cold spring water! That was so sweet of her. We are in the area often... I can see this pizza place is going to become one of our favorite stops! FYI... moms of babies will like the bathroom... it has a fold down baby changing table.

So good! Definitely a go to if in the area. I got a thin crust, pepperoni and black olive. 7.7/10 on the pizza scale.

We had Jimanos McHenry cater our event and we got so many compliments on the food! We got the classic with fried chicken, baked pasta etc. everyone raves about the chicken and pasta. I'd recommend them whole heartedly!

Absolutely the worst Pizza! The pizza was burnt the crust unlike the Great pizza places in Chicago this was absolutely a dry flour crust no flavor. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.
