Stopped here on our vacation to pick up some seafood. Placed an order of Halibut to pick up end of week to bring home fresh. Waited till 11 am this am to collect fish and when we got there the forgot about our orders and were sold out! Are you kidding me! No call yesterday to warn us so we could get it somewhere else... did not seem concerned and made NO attempt to solve issue. The bothered to write it down take order and write our numbers. Seriously crappy service. Do not place any orders bc they obviously cannot be trusted to fill them. I wish I had just ordered from Trinidad... it was cheaper and we could've headed home sooner and with fish!
