We were all more than willing to help clean up and leave, but the owner’s approach was completely unacceptable. To the owner: your customer service is terrible. It’s not our fault that you overbooked, and you shouldn't treat your guests like that. Great job driving away potential future customers. If you're considering this venue, I strongly advise you to think twice and look elsewhere.

People will continue to make judgments without knowing the real facts. Bluebird has consistently offered excellent service, but when guests act entitled and disrespectfully, the staff rightfully stands their ground rather than giving in to bullies. Keep up the great work, Bluebird!

I didn't catch her name, but she identified herself as the owner. Her behavior was very uncomfortable for everyone present, and it was hard to understand why a business owner would act that way with just 15 minutes remaining. One of the guests recorded the incident, so it will probably end up on social media. It was such a strange experience—I've never encountered anything like it in my 50 years. She definitely owes an apology to the woman who organized the party.

We hosted a combined birthday, graduation, and "Coming to America" party for my grandson at The Bluebird, and it was fantastic. With 40 guests, there was ample space to spread out, and the fenced yard provided a safe area for the kids to play. My son performed his original country music on the stage, which added to the entertainment. Everyone remarked on what a fun venue it was for a celebration. I would certainly consider organizing another event at The Bluebird in the future.

We rented the Bluebird for my wife's surprise 40th birthday party, which had an '80s theme. The venue featured a fantastic live band and ample space for a bounce house for the kids! I highly recommend this location for any event, as the lawn and house provided plenty of room for our 70 guests.
