Contribuisci feedbackI requested to speak with a manager, and after about five minutes, a server came by to see if I needed assistance. I reiterated that I just wanted to talk to the manager. By this point, I had placed my order online, wondering how long it would take for someone to notice me. When my online order finally came, the server informed me that the manager was too busy to speak with me due to a refund request I had made. When I tried to explain my situation, he interrupted me. I expressed my disappointment with his behavior and made it clear that I no longer wanted to dine there; I just wanted my money back. It was then that he handed me a card for a free meal. He also mentioned that my refund would take 2 to 3 business days, but it has now been two weeks, and I still haven't received anything.
This is the second time I've tried Cotton Patch, and both experiences have been disappointing. The food lacked flavor and was extremely bland. The fried okra? It wasn't really fried at all; it was more like soggy batter covering the okra. I won't be going back again.
30+ minutes to get a plain burger and fries. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The cooks that could speak English were too busy flirting with the waitresses and could be heard doing so out in the dining area. Couldn't tell what the spainish speaking cooks were yelling about. Overall, absolutely horrendous experience. Its a wonder how this restaurant is even still open.
My family and I were once regular customers of Cotton Patch cafe. Unfortunately this location has definitely gone downhill in my opinion. After our experience today we will not be patronizing again. It was so bad it almost seemed like the employees who filled the order were angry or something, I can?t imagine anyone thinking sending this order out was okay. ? Via Uber Eats I ordered two kids meals, a bowl of chicken and dumplings, and a trio dipper. The trio dipper came with not nearly enough chips, many of which were stale and inedible. Also two tiny containers of salsa (think condiment containers), brown guacamole, and a very small amount of queso. For a $10 appetizer this was basically worthless. Also my bowl of chicken and dumplings was completely left out of the order. I hate it because this used to be a great place to eat. But this is the last $40 I will waste on ordering here.
1.15.22 Start with a greeting. Start with friendliness. If not we go to different eating place. Management do you hear us. The wait was just a tease to push customers away. It did. They did not want to wait on people. Why not be truthful. We walked out after 15 min wait. My step Son could manage your restaurant and make it a gold mine. I'm sure the food is good.
