I genuinely wanted to love this place. The customer service was good, but I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and received it with regular milk instead. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but being lactose intolerant made it quite an issue for me. You can imagine how the rest of my day turned out. Unfortunately, I won't be going back, and I'm no longer a fan of Dunkin', as it seems they often struggle with getting orders right.

I have ordered donuts for myself and the kids here three times, and I've never received what I requested. They offer twelve different kinds of donuts, but they only ever have four available for sale.

This Dunkin' Donuts is F ing horrible. The employees absolutely suck at their job. I ordered an iced late with three pumps of syrup in it. I got the drink and there was absolutely no sweetener in it what so ever. So I asked them to correct the drink very nicely because it had no sweetener. They asked me for the old drink back... which I didn't have a problem with at the time. When I got the second drink it was like they were pissed off and pumped 10 pumps of sweetener into my drink. It was absolutely disgusting, sugary, and undrinkable. Maybe if they had let me keep the other drink I could've mixed the two together to make a drink that is not too sweet, and not to unsweet. I will never be going back here and I suggest that you never take your changes and try to order here.

I had to cancel my online order because once I arrive the store couldn't fill it. The app allowed me to place an order and pay for the order while the product wasn't available at the store. I would think the app and store would be more in sync. Which led to an issue of getting a proper refund.
