Einstein Bros. Bagels - McKinney

The people that work at this Einstein bagels are nice, courteous, and prompt. I had some questions about using my birthday offer and the owner/manager (not sure which) really went out of his way to help me. Great service tasty bagels!!

The service is the icing on the cake. During my visits, even when the restaurant was packed, the staff was attentive and efficient. I barely had to wait, even at the busiest times. The initial hesitance of the employees is quickly transformed by the excellent management from the manager, who skillfully supervises everything. If you're in search of a tasty treat, top-notch service, and a delightful experience, you must try Einstein Bros. Bagels. You won't regret it!

The bagel cost $4 and was quite tasty. However, the restrooms were missing paper towels.

The owner is amazing! The service and food have consistently been excellent over the years! With thousands of customers every month, it's natural that a few might have a less than favorable experience and leave negative reviews, possibly because they forgot to take their Xanax. Nonetheless, I believe Einstein's is a fantastic way to start my day! I'm more than happy to give it a 5-star rating.
