I can say she's new, but do they get her workers more efficient, that's 2600 points I didn't collect?What's the purpose of the point system if the employee doesn't know how to use the code, and that's not the first time that this happened at this location.
Horrible service! Tried to use my app for $5 20 piece nugget. Girl at Drive thru had no idea what she was doing. I gave my whole order and she said it’s not working, didn’t know what I ordered and I had to give it all again. She said she got it, asked what sauces and then when I got up to pay, she said it didn’t work. Called someone over and it still didn’t work. And the scanner didn’t work. I gave another number and still didn’t work. Seemed odd since I have never had that problem at any other McDonald’s, but was done at this point, so I ordered a $3 bundle. The girl said a 10 piece and I said no, $3 bundle with 6 piece nugget and small fries. When I got my receipt, she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and small fry at $6.78 plus tax. When I got up to the window, I told the young man there and he called the same man, who I guess was manager over and told him. Then I had to explain the whole thing again because he kept asking if I was missing the 10 piece nugget I never ordered! He came back to give me my food and I had to tell them they over charged me, but they didn’t give me my receipt back. Then he came back and gave me $3 dollars cash, no receipt. And now I am still at least $1 shorted. I have had problems at McDonald’s before, but I have never left a review. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not be going back.
I want to eat her hands in front of the superior when she saw me just hanging behind her superior. the superior had no gloves to touch her face and nase as eating touch. one of the workers has hands to make the ice cone.
Mcdonalds I've been there before. we ordered shakes, nuggets and pommes. first they forgot to give us the riders, didn't ask us what we wanted and just gave us a sprit. we drove away and quickly realized that they had not given us a straw for the shaking and had not put salt on the pommes that tasted tasty. we drove through the drive to ask for straws and salt on our riders. we waited about 10 minutes before the kerl finally got into the window. he said that it is impossible for us to put salt on all our pommes after I insisted that the riders had no salt on them, he went and brought us new pommes. we go off again, and after tasting the new pommes he gave us, we noticed that he had placed like 10 times the regular amount of salt on the pommes. very disappointed
Drive thru incompetence! Burned me trying to hand me coffee! I have ordered coffee at McDonald’s for years never had this happen. Didn’t even ask are you ok?
