Subway - McKinney

Please don’t hire people who don’t want to work. When asked for salt and pepper, so much salt and pepper was dumped…unbelievable. I am hoping I don’t go there again.

Would give zero stars, but this is not an option. Male employee was beyond rude, mocked and cussed at my husband. Employee threatened him because they did not have meatballs for subs. There was 2 hrs left to go before location closed and subs were ordered on the app. We left without subs and without our money. Trying to get our money back. Will never go back.

I've been there before and it was fine, but this time it took the one employee almost 30 min to make my sandwich and then missed ringing up part of my order and had to reverse it all and start over. If you're in a hurry, pick another location.

Worst Subway!!!! Please DO NOT VISIT this lace by mistake too.

There was an older lady working today by herself during a second lunch rush with 5 customers Infront of her and 2 to go orders the way she handled herself with the stress was truly amazing she has a very kind heart and made sure everyone was taken care of accordingly and had an amazing experience I didn’t get her name but it was @2:45 when I came in
