Taco Bell - McKinney

I have no criticisms about this restaurant. Even though it's Taco Bell, they got my order right and it was prepared quickly. You don’t expect a big kitchen here, but if you’re craving Doritos Locos Tacos and Crunchwrap Supremes, this is the place to satisfy those cravings.

Terrible service, let you order on the kiosk when there was a checkout in the register, no ice cream, half of the sodas are watered down. 2 days later I got food poisoning from this Tacoglocke

This is new...I went into this Taco Bell. They have registers and humans. Refused to take my order. Your order must be placed through electronics. Crazy.

What is going on, Taco Bell? I have gone to this location on N. Custer 5 times in the past three months, during normal business hours, and there is always an issue. Twice they were closed during business hours, once they took my order, I waited 12 minutes, and when I got to the window (after being told a total for my food) the lady opened the window and yelled that they were closed...then slammed it shut. Last week I was told after ordering they were not taking credit cards. Huh? Out of hunger, and I I have to admit curiosity, we came by today and was told they were only accepting cash. When I politely asked why they do not accept credit cards I was ignored. Then as we drove by the window to exit two employees were watching us and laughing. I am sure that Sonic is loving the extra business they are receiving due to Taco Bell's lack of service. As we sat at Sonic, we noticed that out of the five patrons who were rejected at the drive thru, three of those cars came over to Sonic. I wonder if the franchise owner also owns/runs the Taco Bell at Ridge and Eldorado because they have similar issues. I tried to hang in there, Taco Bell, I just love that Meximelt, but alas I must say goodbye.

Everytime, always an issue. This time drive-thru not working, an employee was just yelling at a woman who could not come inside to order because she had special needs kids in the car. They joked about the situation after she left! I sat at the order box for a few minutes before asking if anyone was there. Someone did come back to tell me I had to come I side to order.
