Contribuisci feedbackWater burger is not the best. Because the drive through takes forever, dining in takes forever, they always have one person never have two or three up helping. And they also take forever getting food to the table. I am truly sad how I had to leave andwalk across the road to chick- fila where they actually get food to you on time.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! A bunch of kids that don?t know what they are doing. Not sure who is running the place but it wasn?t apparent that there was someone. We placed a mobile order and it said that it would be ready between 7:56-7:59pm. We got there a littlebefore and all of the parking spots were taken so we chose the option were we park and put our flashing lights. We were still inview where you could see a car with flashing lights parked from the doors. We were there until 8:25pm and I went in and first noone paid me no attention. Then finally someone came up to the cashier and the kid looked puzzled when I brought up that we werewaiting. He said oh it said you were in spot two and I didn?t see you. I informed him when we got there all the spots were takenand we chose the flashing lights option. The kid was just like oh, not knowing what to say. He handed me the cups to fill mydrinks. Well if the order was ready and he tried bringing it to us then why weren?t the drinks already filled? Don?t come hereif you want great service!
I've given this location several tries within about a year, and they consistently impress me with just how low their quality service is. I don't want to write a whole rant. In short: inside, frequent refusal to acknowledge me even when I've walked upto counter and 4 kids are standing there talking. In drive-thru, they don't seem to know how to prepare and take orders at thesame time. If they were understaffed, I could understand, but they didn't appear to be. This location needs to step it up.
That place is nice, usually clean and the foods I have no complaints about. It's usually fresh and not heavy or greasy. There's this young lady there, whose a manager. She's very warm and smiles and goes above, when I ask for an extra something. Her nametag says Franny. Have people like her, to resolve issues and have smiles and being friendly towards customers ????
6pm on Wed. Only 6 cars in front of me when I arrived. Waited 55 min in drive through. Couldn 't leave due to being blocked in. When asked why the long wait, was told We 're busy. Do you still want your food? I said no, they can keep it. Went to anotherlocation. Was through the line in 7 min with friendly service and a smile. I believe a leadership change at this location isneeded.
