Whataburger - McKinney

I had the best customer service and the most delicious Whataburgers during my visits here, thanks to Catherine's excellent service. The fries were incredibly fresh as well!

I had an amazing experience at this Whataburger location! As a lifelong Texan, I've always enjoyed their food, but this visit truly stood out. When my truck battery died in the parking lot, I went inside and was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff in a spotless environment. I explained my situation, and several team members immediately began looking for someone to assist me. Since it was lunchtime anyway, I decided to place an order while the manager kindly offered to bring his own vehicle to help jumpstart my truck. By the time my meal was ready, my truck was up and running again, and I was all set to get back to work—with a hot order of fries to enjoy! I want to thank everyone at this location for their outstanding service and support.

The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful during my visit. It was my first time at Whataburger, and she offered great suggestions for the true Whataburger experience. I ordered the Patty Melt, and it was delicious. I also tried the white chocolate raspberry shake, which was fantastic! I will definitely be returning!

This Whata is the best! Last week when I got home I realized i somehow got the wrong order. I called and spoke to the manager Adolfo. He knew exactly what had happened and told me to come by anytime and they would make it up. I went there yesterday andhe was there and they fixed my order. I got the peppercorn grilled Chicken Club. Best chicken sandwich ever. The service wasamazing and I know we will continue to go back. Thanks Adolfo for taking care of everything and for the great customer service.It is getting harder to find this at businesses these days. The employees always seem to think they're doing you a favor whenyou show up. But not at this place. Thanks again.Everybody try that sandwich it's amazing and I don't even like peppercornLOL.????????

Anyone who gives Whataburger a negative review clearly doesn't appreciate the food—it's a Texas treasure! Sure, you might encounter some less-than-stellar employees or service at times, but it's Whataburger we're talking about! The food is amazing. I recommend getting a #5 with mayo and a large Dr. Pepper, plus some spicy ketchup. Enjoy!
