City Works Tysons Corner - McLean

Eating was meh. tacos said they were accompanied by elote salat, they were served with fries that was the best part of the meal. short rib-tacos were more than split, somehow strange for short ribs. duck nachos could have been really good, but cheese sauce fell flat without much taste. due must be expensive because there were not many chips.

Regular chicken bites and were very bland and lacked in spices. without included sauce hardly edible. old fashion as ordered and super service were our waitress were sole highlights.

Reservation for 16, stopped in the day before and received the permission to increase to 20 guests insured, we would sit together. originally on a high level for twelve with an adjacent table for four. there was no other place except a few people sat at the bar. They asked to put all twenty together on the bankettbank, was said, but not allowed to pull tables together to take up our group. service was good. food average to below average. everything about salt. will not rush back when all major food options are in tysons corner.

Really nice atmosphere. eating was surprisingly good for what I thought would be a typical beer hall. great place to see a game or have a nice meal or both

The table for our reservation was given to another group, which created confusion and caused our fairly small group to be seated at a huge table instead. Service was very slow for the lunch hour, and the restaurant was less than half full, and I'm still not sure what the problem was we had to ask about our orders after being seated for more than 45 minutes. When we were finally served, the food was tasty, with prices about on par for the area. Lesson learned not a spot for lunch. Maybe happy hours are better here?
