Harvey's - Mcmasterville

We decided to order from Sep 1 through Uber Eats mainly because a pregnant woman was craving onion rings. Unfortunately, despite ordering burgers, poutine, drinks, and mini donuts, we were disappointed to find that there were no onion rings included in our order. While Uber promptly issued a refund, it did not satisfy the craving. The food overall was good, although the poutine could have used more sauce. We also wanted to order milkshakes, but they seemed to keep disappearing from our Uber order. During these challenging times of the Covid pandemic, when restaurants are struggling, one would expect more attention to detail, not less.

After traveling all over Canada for months, I believe this Harvey's is possibly the best in the world. The food is exceptional and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The Angus double burger was absolutely delicious. It was juicy and full of flavor. I will definitely be returning for another one.

Great burgers for a great price. No upcharge for onion rings or some extra pickles on the side. Fast and pleasant service with a smile in the language of your choice ?Very clean and nice atmosphere. Couldn't ask for better.Dropped in today and the service was as good as it always is and so were the burgers.15 Nov 2023... Still the best fast food burger there is. Great service and with the coupons they always have, the price can't be beaten.Kid-friendliness: Small amusement area where kids can enjoy themselves.
