Fiesta Ranchera - McMinnville

Horrible experience yesterday. If I could give zero stars I would. I got to the restaurant at around 5pm. They were not busy at that time. My table and menu were both dirty. Took about 15min for a server to ask if I needed anything. I ordered a margarita, water, chips salsa. The salsa was VERY watered down with little flavor. I ordered a small queso and when I went to try it it was super watered down as well. Like zero queso on my chip. Took a bite and it was cold. Like literally came out of the fridge cold. As I’m letting the server know my dip was cold another guest is saying the exact same thing to another serve about their queso. The host asked how everything was and I let him know and he acted like it was a normal experience. He said “we can make it right next time you come back.” I told him I would not be back. I have to start by saying, do not, I repeat, do not eat at this restaurant! The service is terrible, with poor food quality coming in at a close second. The atmosphere was decent and the place seemed clean. Despite there being multiple employees for a small number of customers, all of the staff seemed clueless. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and our waiter was exceptional, making sure to cater to our every need. We dined in for lunch and found the prices to be very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the Taquitos Mexicanos, Burrito, Chicken Fajitas, Fried Ice Cream, One Chicken Burrito a La Carte, Three Tacos Carne Asada a La Carte, Monster Burrito, Burrito California, and the Chips Dips.
