Red Hills Kitchen - McMinnville

Everything was amazing. Food was delicious. The service was fabulous. Loved the steak, cook to perfection.

Upon arriving in McMinnville, we were hungry and unfamiliar with the area. Luckily, we stumbled upon the Atticus Hotel while parking across the street. As we strolled around, we discovered this bar and restaurant that welcomed our dog inside to dine with us. We indulged in a delicious Dusky Goose Pinot and shared a tuna melt sandwich, which was surprisingly fantastic with its lemon, capers, albacore tuna, Gruyère cheese, and fresh dill on a toasted baguette. The service was excellent, with friendly employees and owners, as well as some furry friends. We plan to return for **** Mary's and brunch on our wine country trip. If you're in McMinnville, be sure to visit this place!

The food was amazing! The service was average. We ordered duck wings, Brussels sprouts, and a chicken dish. Everything was so crispy. We had an incredible dinner.

I seem to be in good company. Living in a town with plenty of options for meals, this was disappointing. We order at the counter. At 1 pm two other people in the restaurant, no smiles or pleasantries 20% auto gratuity without knowing how service will be is presumptuous. No posting of gratuity on menu or elsewhere. Staff has no reason to make it a great experience. We got our own water tea. I've eaten in many of Mac's great cafes, tasting rooms restaurants. Most beyond stellar meals service. Friends family visit Mac, Im asked to recommend where to dine. I rarely write reviews, don't send food back, but the brown edged sad lettuce didn't merit a $20 salad.

Always great service and food. Surroundings are minimal but hip. Now that they are able to breakfast 7 days a week...we'll, that is an added bonus!
