Southern Star Grill - McRae

During my recent work trip to McRae, I dined at Southern Star twice – once for lunch and once for dinner. The blue plate special for lunch was delicious, and the steak I had for dinner was fantastic. The service was exceptional on both occasions. Although I may not be back in McRae anytime soon, I will definitely revisit Southern Star if I find myself in the area again. Overall rating: Service 5/5, Food 5/5.

This was my first time dining at Southern Star. Just let me say, it will not be my last. I truly enjoyed the meal I ordered. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food at this restaurant was excellent overall, but one piece of cake for dessert was hard and dry. The waitress seemed to forget about us until we had to ask where our food was. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food all received a rating of 4. The price per person for a lunch meal was between $10-20.
