Hungry Jack's Meadow Springs

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, got to the window to pay and double checked there was no pickles on the burger, she confirmed there wasn’t, was overcharged $3 and couldn’t understand why, come to find she had added 3x extra pickles on our burger. Our chips were soggy and somehow still burnt, the burgers itself were smacked together with 0 care. disgusting. Food: 1

A couple of days ago I ordered 3 Bacon deluxes here in the drive through service and had to wait 4 minutes to drive up to the payment window then waited another 5 minutes for the cars in front to be served, it's the first time I've encountered such a long wait time at this location.The quality was good and the staff apologised for the long wait.

Went to get lunch they took order in drive through waited a few minutes no one at checkout finally someone came to second window took money and asked to park out the front and will bring order out. Finally girl bought order out. Service very slow
