Starbucks - Mebane

The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly during my visit. They were busy with drive-thru orders, but I had placed a mobile order for pickup. Unfortunately, my order was not ready when the app said it would be, so I had to wait about 5 minutes. The device that displays in-app orders only shows one at a time and does not indicate how many are ahead. It would be helpful if they allocated more time for mobile orders. Despite the wait, I appreciated the chance to interact with the staff while they worked. Overall, I would still recommend stopping by this restaurant during travels. I give it 4 stars.

I visited this restaurant and found it to be clean. The staff members were very friendly, although they were quite busy with the drive-thru orders. I had placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up at the time the app indicated it would be ready. I give this place 4 stars because my food was not ready when I arrived. The device that prints out the in-app orders only processes one at a time and does not show how many more there are. As a result, I had to wait for about 5 minutes. Perhaps they should allow a bit more time for mobile orders. On the bright side, I had the chance to chat with the staff members as they worked, which was a nice touch. I will definitely stop here again during our travels.
