Buffalo Wild Wings - Mechanicsburg

A little loud but that's to be expected. The wings were fine.

We went to dinner Friday night with a party of 7, we were sat right away and the restaurant did not appear busy. We all ordered wings fries. When our food arrived, it arrived one by one...the last person to get their food got it 20 minutes after the first person. Also, our server was no where to be found. We asked the food runner for more drinks and they acted like it wasn't their job and literally left the table to find out waitress instead of just getting our drinks. They eventually got us drinks and our server did apologize. The food was decent fresh..but the service delivery is awful. This was my 2nd experience at this location and it was equally as bad the first time. I don't need to go back.

Terrible service, poor quality and expensive prices

Was there after dinner hours it wasn't really that busy at all. Got seated right away and order taken. 10 minutes later my gf burger comes out. Another 20 minutes goes by and my food is nowhere to be found. We were out of drinks and our waitress missing. I had to pretty much walk into the kitchen to ask about my food. Another server said I'll just give you another customers food trying to make me feel bad but the wings she gave me was my exact order and they were sitting in the window so long the sauce dried out on them and they were cold to the bone. We finished our food and I waited another 20 minutes after finishing eating for a check that never came. Had to find another person and complain for then to locate my waitress. She finally came out with attitude like we were in the wrong. Woman I seen you our first 10 minutes here and then the rest of the hour you were no where to be found. Had to eat my hot wings with no drink. This is the worst experience I've ever had and the first time I've ever given a $0 tip will not return

Came in with my infant and child and stood up waiting 20 minutes for a table. One lady on the phone, workers walking around and nobody helped me. I had to flag someone down to get a table.Then my order took forever to come out. My child’s order came out first and then mine’s 30 mins later…what was even the logic of that? My kid sat watching me eat, why didn’t our food come out together?Finally I asked for a to-go order and they mixed my to-go with my dine in order. I had to ask for a box to pick through the wings and pack the to-go order myself.This place is disorganized to the max.
