Arby's - Mechanicsville

I just want to share my experience! We had an issue and the manager, Austin took care of it! He personally called me and told me to come by and get whatever we wanted to make up for an error we had the previous week!!!! Amazing customer service!!!! It’s great to know that Arby’s cares about your experience!!! Way to go Austin and thank you so much!!!!

Total garbage!!!! Ordered two burgers, each with separate fry orders. They combined crinkle fries and curly fries into one small container. Even the employee said, That 's unsatisfactory . Won 't eat there again

Went through drive thru. Young lady was preoccupied in another conversation and did not acknowledge my presence at the window. Just took my credit card and gave it back, not even a thank you and handed me my food.

Ordered to go, and it was perfect. The sandwich was good and tasty. The fries were fresh. Usually, when I go to Arbys, the fries are not hot and fresh. 5 stars

This is always a good place to go has good people that always care and good food one of my favorite places to eat
