Marigold Thai - Mechanicsville

The food was delightful and the service was excellent. I ordered the shrimp Pad Thai, and it was absolutely fantastic!

I've been going to that restaurant for five years straight! Let me tell you, their food is the best. It still tastes the same as always. The service is amazing! You absolutely must try the spicy noodle soup. The spicy fish, marigold fried rice, and pad Thai noodles are also fantastic. Everything is just so delicious!

Upon arriving, we received a warm welcome and were promptly shown to a booth. Our waiter, DJ, was outstanding—he handled our questions about the menu with both ease and a sense of humor. DJ also made great recommendations for future dishes based on what we ordered tonight. The fried dumplings were a delightful surprise, lighter and tastier than any we've tried before! The meal was exceptionally delicious, exceeding the promises of the menu. We even have lunch left for tomorrow. We've definitely found our favorite Thai restaurant in Mechanicsville!

Price went up, taste going down. Basil fried rice's color wasn't like before it was darker brown. The taste is bland too. Guessing cooker changed. I'm a little bit disappointed.

Let me tell you!!! The food and service here were out of this world. We got the money bags as an appetizer. Truly delicious and amazing. Great presentation on those as well. All the food was fresh, tasted great, and we could really tell that everyone involved here really cared. Our server also seemed to be the bartender and person on the register. He was very kind, helpful, and happy go lucky! Loved the full experience here, we will be returning, thank you so much!
