Contribuisci feedbackUpon my recent dining visit to the Subway at 9280 Chamberlayne Rd in Mechanicsville, I was pleasantly surprised to discover what could very well be the crown jewel of cleanliness and customer service within the franchise. Walking into the store, the sparkling environment was a breath of fresh air—literally!Behind the counter, Michael and Lori proved themselves to be true sandwich virtuosos, crafting subs not just with skill but with a dash of creativity that could only be described as artistry. Whether it's the crispness of the lettuce or the perfect tang of their pickles, the ingredients were so fresh, I half expected to see a garden out back! But what truly sets this Subway apart is the thoughtful service. Even when the queue was longer , Michael and Lori kept everyone informed about wait times with such charm that one almost didn't mind the wait. They weren't just making sandwiches; they were making everyone's day a little better. The staff's attire was as neat as their sandwich station—impeccable and professional, mirroring the overall hygiene of the place. For anyone looking for a bite that's as wholesome and healthy as the environment in which it's made, look no further than this Subway on Chamberlayne Rd.In conclusion, if Subway universities exist, then this location deserves a summa cum laude for mastering the art of sandwich making and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a side of delightful service with their meal!!
No complaints on foods at all. However, ordering thru Uber Eats all they have to do is simply READ order complete that. Two times in a row I ordered Regular Chocolate Chip cookies got a assortment of all kinds of cookies. I didn't order that. Accountability apparently isn't what they strive on because it has happened to me twice now many others I'm sure. When has it been so hard to read something double check before sending out.So be prepared for a messed up delivery order.
I spoke with two staff, both were very pleasant. What’s my beef? I’m a vegetarian and I order the veggie sub. I guess there are standard alottments per item, right? People who don’t eat meats get really hungry also. The sub is basically sandwhich toppings on a roll; I not sure I’d call it a salad w bread. I didn’t even request cheese. When the staff member completed the sub, I was asked if I wanted anything else. I looked at it and saw right off that the lettuce didn’t even go from end to end. This is a common event at sub shops. The content of the sandwhich needs to be fairly equal along the length of the sub. Who wants to finish a sub with clean hands holding a nub of dry bread?! I requested a bit more lettuce. For a sub that has no protein, please pile on the lettuce for substance eventhough it’s mostly water. Anyone should feel satiated after a 12” sub. This thing was an appetizer! For an $8 sandwhich which is mostly lettuce and then precise amounts of toppings- what can that cost? Maybe $2. I know about overhead and $8 isn’t too much these days for a 12” sub. Make it a thing a person would come back for. It was supposed to be my lunch and dinner bc I expected to be full afterward. I ate that an hour ago and I’m wishing I had something for dinner. My bad?Maybe. Sub sandwhiches should be overflowing and a mess. I got a tea sandwhich to sit with the ghost of the Queen. Next!
My wife and I decided to get lunch so we decided Subway. Upon arriving we were greeted with warm smiles. Lori and Olivia were awsome. They made us feel very welcome and the food as always was great. This Subway is also very clean. Thank you again Lori and Olivia and keep up the good work.
