1st time trying this place. My wife enjoyed her meal. My meal was good, but I would change a few things. The brisket had a great smoky flavor, but I would cut it into smaller pieces or in half at least. Great portions. The ribs were small but had great flavor. The mac and cheese was ok. You could tell there was no milk or cheese in the inside. Just cheese on top. The baked beans were amazing! Never had them with lima beans in it before. The pulled pork my wife had was great with the coleslaw. The coleslaw by itself was tangy, but on the sandwich it was perfect! The chicken wings wer the best part of the meal. They were amazing!!!!! Crispy, saucy and so juicy. The smokiness on the wings were perfect. Our waitress Monica was great!

Being a smoker myself, I don't go easy on BBQ joints. This place is legit. I waited until after my 3rd visit before reviewing. Every experience has only been better. It seems as though this place is holding its own and able to learn on the fly as far as supply and demand for the food they need. They have a decent selection of local beers which makes me happy. The staff in my experience has been exceptional, attentive and positive no matter the crowd. Come check this place out, it's locally owned and delicious.

We purchased delivery. Pulled pork is very good. The sandwich pictured is the Cuban and it was also very good. The sandwich was plenty full. The sides were okay. The mac&cheese is baked and a bit plain. The waffle fries have seasoning similar to Arby?s curly fries. The red skin potato salad (not pictured) is bland and needs salt.

First Timer over here! Got the loaded fries with pork they were out of brisket, which was a bummer.... BUT pork was delicious! Our server couldn 't have been any sweeter which is always a plus. I can 't wait to go back when they have brisket to get the full effect ... Thanks Y 'all!

The Salty Pig catered a huge fundraiser at Compass Christian Church and it was incredible. Had a delicious and massive pulled pork sandwich. Don't know how they managed to serve so many people so quickly and it still be amazing.
