I tried the parsnip and carrot fritters, crushed baby potatoes with tahini, dill oil, and hazelnuts, pickled winter vegetables with thyme, and apple celery salad with maple-dressed pecan nuts. All of them were delicious, but my favorite was definitely the pommes. If you have any allergies, the menu conveniently lists the allergens.
