The restaurant has the worst service, it's no wonder Gojek responds to complaints, I don't even know when the order comes in.

The service is good, can explain the chicken preparation, you have to wait 15 minutes, at least be honest about the waiting time. A&W chicken is still the tastiest crispy chicken so far. The A&W location at WTC is on the 1st floor in the food court row. It's a bit quiet, there's not a lot of chicken when I come here, but the service is still good and fast, you don't have to wait long.
