Ole Ole Tapas Bar and Restaurant

The place is supremely pleasant, the service is good and the food in general delicious, the only thing that didn't get me was paella, but not because I was maluca but because personally I didn't get socarrat. It's more question of drops. the best without a doubt the bread, which delights bread baked in wood.

I've gone to wave on several occasions and I have to say that your food is really good. I have never had a complaint. so owners are always willing to tend to you the best way. José and javier are very attentive. So paellas I think they're the best of medellín. food without mysteries but very good. when you know, it's good. recommended in medellín. having a care there's a restaurant called a wave, which I don't know, different from a wave, which I'm writing about.

We visited Ole Ole two years ago and we were in fact one of the first customers. At the time we were greeted by a fantastic chef/owner from Spain. He was extremely passionate about food and told us that if we wanted he would just serve us dishes that he loves. We went with that option and it certainly did not disappoint. We went again last night as we felt a strong attraction back to this little restaurant. Again the owner Javier greeted us with his fantastic personality and again he cooked us amazing food. Every time I visit Medellin I will go here and everyone I know visiting I will convince them to try this little gem out. Well done Javier on having the best restaurant in Medellin! Keep it up! Des

Sitio pequeño pero acogedor. Comienza con una sangria bien preparada, la entrada de pulpo es espectacular y de plato fuerte una deliciosa paella ó cochinillo... toda una experiencia gastronómica que deleita al mas fino paladar. Vayan.. no se arrepentirán!.

Atendido por su propietario, un Chef Catalan, ole ole, en la exclusiva zona de Provenza en Medellín, ofrece platos cuya frescura es evidente, menú en el cual el chef se encarga realmente de su preparación con gran sentido de la innovación gastronomica. El restaurante es de pocas mesas, lo cual da un ambiente intimo y la seguridad de la atención personalizada. Los chipirones y los arroces son un gran recomendado, pero no descarten el crocante de rabo de toro, para alucinar.
