Cool if you want to drink before or after dinner, but don't go here for dinner. I started ordering the only vegan option on the menu, they said it was not available and since I didn't want to force my friends to move, I ordered the vegetarian option that was a salad. The salad was ok, but I had to order frits to finish my meal, it was too sweet between the dried cranberries, radishes and dressing. Also it had too many green leaves, should have more quinoa and cousin for a better share. For the price it is definitely not a well-designed and executed dish. And I only realized that ingredients are missing.
I came here last night with a local friend who said he wanted to try this roofing bar. The name of this bar is misleading suggests that there is a view of a region. The only view is the forested area. However, the environment is cozy I felt like I was in an outdoor jungle atmosphere with beautiful trees everywhere. The service was unpleasant, not inviting. The waitress seemed inexperienced plumber, I think the bartender just wanted to go home. There were only 2 employees working when they got a few tables, with a total of 5 people, they seemed overwhelmed. The drinks were good. However, they do this trick here to put all the alcohol on your drink, so you think you get a really strong drink. Who do they fool themselves? We had a drink, a total of 2 cocktails, our total price was USD $19.20. This is very expensive for Medellín for these prices, everything should have been fantastic! I might come back to a drink when I'm in Provenza... Maybe!!! But I would definitely just come back if it's completely convenient for me to slip in for a quick one. This is definitely at the bottom of my list of places to go for a drink in Medellín I wouldn't trust them to cook my food.
We enjoyed four different cocktails at this well regarded bar, which plays a good selection of dance and club music to accompany your drinks (and food, if you have any). From the classic menu I took the Nassau think Piña Colada while my husband had the Cubano think Mojito. Then, continuing the island theme, after which all of the place's cocktails are named, from the house's own specialities I tried the Salomon a mix of Mezcal, orange juice, ginger and tamarind and my husband went for the Marshall rum, blueberries, raspberries and coriander. The average prices of all the cocktails on the menu was COP $30,000 32,000 or around €8.00. With tax and service the total bill for the four cocktails came to COP $136,000 or around €36.
The restaurant was really good, and the have a great choices, variety of dishes and combinations, the cons was that the music was very loud
