Restaurante Martini - Medellín

An experience that is out of this world. Their attention to detail really made the restaurant stand out above the rest. Amazingly friendly staff and fair prices. Everything was customized to my liking The jamon y queso app could be spruced up a bit.. it was just ham and cheese with an olive on a skewer but everything else was full of flavor.

The food is very expensive and it's not so good

The decor is so cute and they have nice electronic music on the rooftop. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and had lunch on the rooftop level. I ordered the salmon teriyaki that comes with mashed potatoes and a salad. My husband and his friend each had the cheese steak” dish and everything was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Lonely Planet recommends this place but I do not. Food quality was average and it's way overpriced for both quality and service. Has style but chairs and carpets look (and are) dirty. Made reservations on the phone and they didn't inform me that credit cards were not accepted until I got my check. It was after I said I had no cash or way to transfer money that they said they could actually take cc upstairs. Waiter was nice but late for everything as he was just busy upstairs (we presume). Most restaurants in Colombia I've been to exceed my expectations but this was way mediocre for the cost.

We were very happy with this place until we got the bill and found they were charging us over for a carafe of sangria, of which we had two. It wasn't on the menu, so we could hardly argue about it, but it did sour another wise marvelous experience We really don't like to be taken for pendejos...
