I don't normally get boiled fish, but they had a salmon and crab in a quinoa encrusted role that was fried. I was not sure how much they would cook it, but the salmon and the crab were still raw and the Quinoa crust a nice change. Really good. Her salmon and aguacate role. Your piggyoza was okay. Not as good as Japanese gyoza in the states, but I expected that and knew I couldn't wait for my sushi in a crowded restaurant. The sweet and spicy sauce was somewhat different from a traditional gyoza sauce, so it was interesting.
Good option for sushi and other Japanese dishes such as Baos, spring rolls and stir fry. We were blown away from nothing, but we were satisfied.
My friend and I ate there yesterday(May 2, 2019) and we both say that everything was excellent. The food was fresh and well prepared.
I discovered this restaurant the last time I was in Medellin. It was the first restaurant I visited today in my return trip. The fashion of flavors in their rolls is incredible. The service is excellent as well. I will return anytime I am visiting here in Medellin.
This restaurant was a great find! Definitely on par with the best sushi I´ve had. Hoover dam was my favourite (salmon, cream cheese, avocado and sesame seeds) and can also highly recommend Millau and Manhattan... although I think anything here will be outstanding. Very nice staff also.
