Lakes Coffee - Medford Lakes

Today, I visited Lake Coffee in Medford Lakes, and I was thoroughly impressed. This charming coffee shop is located on a lovely street right across from a stunning lake. The barista was incredibly friendly, and I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was just as delightful. I tried a cinnamon muffin and the pistachio latte, both of which were fantastic! This was such a cute little place. I had to pull over and stop. I got a black dark roast coffee which because it didn't leave a sour after taste in my mouth like some coffees do. Anything coffee that doesn't leave a sour after taste in my mouth is good in my book. The guy inside was also very friendly.

One of the best coffee shops I've been to. The iced mocha is the perfect summer beverage especially after a morning run.

I'm not sure what sets this place apart, but their coffee is outstanding—better than Starbucks and any other spot in the area. I'm really glad we visited when it was less busy, as it gave us the chance to appreciate just how fantastic the staff are. By the way, make sure to try a blueberry muffin when you stop by; they're absolutely delicious!

Hidden gem alert!!!! They roast their own coffee beans!!! The espresso is super smooth!!! ???????? yum!!! Clean. Outdoor seating. No indoor area to sit NO BATHROOM!!! They have some sweets but this is mostly a place to get QUALITY strong freshly roasted COFFEE OR ESPRESSO to-go.
