I frequently visit Primos locations in South Jersey and have generally had a good experience. However, tonight was an exception. My family ordered three hoagies at the Medford location, and unfortunately, all of them were incorrect. It seems like the employees weren't paying attention to our order. Given the prices of the sandwiches, this shouldn't have happened. I think I'll stick to the Marlton location in the future, as they’ve never gotten my order wrong.
What has happened to this restaurant?? I'm not sure if it's the person taking orders or the one making the sandwiches, but 7 out of my last 8 orders have been incorrect. Do I really have to check every sandwich before I leave? Even when I order through the app, the order is still wrong. Get it together, or I’ll have to find another hoagie spot.
No bacon no gf bread limited hours and no pride in product even though it is expensive
The cashiers here need some training when dealing with the public. They are always so out of it and hardly say one word to you. They are the first person you see and they never greet you. The sandwich on my most recent trip was so dry and the roll almost stale. It 's a shame because they have some really good combinations to chose from. This location seems to have gone down hill. Parking: This lot is always dangerous to maneuver and the spots are tight
