I really want to like Cracker Barrel, I love the antique store ambiance , it?s cute I feel at home. I also love grits since that?s a staple I should love this place , but sadly the food was hardly edible not at all tasty . I could eat the grits all day and would have eaten more but everything else I considered a loss i didn?t even want to take the scraps home for my dogs the meat was dry over cooked . I feel like maybe it was a freezer burn ? but when I talked about it in my social media it turns out everyone local who has eaten at this location feel equally disappointed so it?s not a fluke there is something terribly wrong with the food at this location. I get it it?s a corporate store so the stock holders probably cut back in quality for profit , but even bad food can be tasty and this location can?t even make it taste good ? Y?all need something to change your not winning over our community at all !
Grandma's cooking is what this place reminds me of. I feel very at home here and enjoy the home cooked type meals. The waitress was attentive and returned multiple times even though they were clearly understaffed/overworked tis the times. Check out the pictures of what we ate! The food was good and we will come back again.
The food was excellent, the service was friendly and helpful, and after in a few different cracker barrels last week on the other side of the country, this was much more beautiful with better lighting and higher ceilings plus it seemed cleaner.
I went with my granddaughter and it was nice. The waitress was very helpful. The food is very similar to home cooking. I had meat drink and it was good. We enjoyed going through the gift shop, but the prices are something high so we don't buy anything. Overall a beautiful place for a family to dine.
