Curbside King - Medford

I came across this food truck in Medford while driving yesterday and was delighted to find vegan choices. I tried the spicy peanut veggie dish with brown rice and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and I had a great experience. I definitely recommend it!

I stopped at this restaurant while traveling through Oregon on Interstate 5. The spicy peanut vegetable dish was absolutely amazing!! The owner was very friendly and the food was served hot and fresh. They also have a variety of vegan options available. This was seriously the best stir fry I have ever had!!

I stopped at this restaurant while passing through Oregon on I-5. The spicy peanut spring roll dish was fantastic! The owner was incredibly friendly and the food was served hot and fresh. They offer a variety of vegan options as well. This was definitely the highlight of my trip.

I have to try a meal from here. I bought the reded pest roast tri tip and I've never been to another place that cooked my steak properly. the taste is amazing and the portion size is great! this is the heaven for my soul! I also guess that I can buy food for my fiancée because she's vegan. this is fantastic! can't wait to go back!
