Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Medford

During our ordering experience, it was chaotic—two people were trying to take my order simultaneously. One was singing it back to me while the other was whistling, and there was confusion over the pricing, with one person quoting one amount and another stating a completely different price. To the owner, I want to emphasize that you have a great restaurant and a solid daytime team. However, I recommend looking into your nighttime staff and considering drug testing to address the issues we encountered.

This is undoubtedly my favorite Dairy Queen in southern Oregon! I've become familiar with some of the staff since I visit frequently, and they are amazing—so enthusiastic and full of energy. I highly encourage everyone to visit this location; I can't recommend it enough! The night crew is outstanding, and that's my favorite time to go.

I have to say this was probably the worst experience I've ever had at Dairy Queen. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times. I ordered a banana split, only to be told that there were no bananas left. However, when we got to the window, I saw a banana right there; when I pointed this out, the girl just laughed and said she didn't know where it came from. On top of that, all of my food was cold and seemed to be just hastily thrown together. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was just unacceptable. Date: July 16, 2022, 9:42 PM.

This restaurant boasts an unbeatable location and provides exceptional service that surpasses any other place we've been to! The food is consistently wonderful.
