Firehouse Subs - Medford

Man, I hate to give 1 stars, but I moved forward shortly before 8 o'clock, woman and child stepped out to order, I waited right in front, I could see that they were not busy and seen, about 4 workers standing behind the bar. 8:36 my wife goes out there with 2 subparts to go. smh. dig the food, but unfortunately I will not return. I'm in and out of the subway and my time is important. we've been dying since the birth, that's a long time to make a subs-man. to all.

Very delicious food. we are pampered with the modern world of the door and gleam. firehouse subs why don't the drinks show up with our orders? that's a recovery. please work on it.

Great food. Too many homeless confrontational garbage people enter when I'm trying to dine in. The establishment doesn't ask them to leave or call police. I may pickup only in the future or stop going if they can't get the homeless dangerous looking ppl away

Upbeat customer service experience... it's rare to see people happy to be at work but these people actually show that

Really good subs. My husband got a pastrami sub and I got turkey and pastrami with vinegar and oil. Delicious! Lots of options for meat. Good choices for hot or cold subs/sandwiches
