Firehouse Subs - Medford

Lots of fire truck stuff. This food was lacking. It was the kind of service that made you wonder if your food would be safe to eat

I ordered a sub from them yesterday. The lettuce was so wet it totally slimed the bread. I had to remove the meat and cheese and it it separately. Never again!

This place I s unrealistically slow. Even with 4 employees work, it takes a wealth of time to finish orders. If time is a factor in your eating experience, this is definitely not the place to go.

Worst experience we've ever had and we were the only ones in there for a good minute. It was 5 minutes before anyone came out of the back to take our order, staff was arguing with each other, not knowing what was going on with orders. They made ourmeatball sub wrong and then went to remake it and this girl with the worst attitude I've ever seen COUGHS on it and CONTINUED tobox it up. When something was said to her she started freaking out and slamming things behind the counter. When we asked for amanager we were told that they didn't know who the manager on duty was. Definitely not what we'd expect from a place likeFirehouse and just a bad representation of the business as a whole.

Love coming here to have a Firehouse Club with the Romaine and Cajin Mayo options, just pure yummyness!!! ????????
