Flying W Airport Tiki - Medford

This is an outdoor swimming pool with a snack concession. It is in rural New Jersey. There is a daily fee to swim. It is gorgeous.

We 're here for great outdoor concert by one of our favorite bands Don 't Call Me Francis . Easy parking, and outside band on a slight incline. $5 each for drinks, bring your own chairs Two food trucks had snacks and other dinner menus. Looks great in the summer to be in the pool and watch the planes take off Everyone had to wear a mask around the area and there was hand sanitizer. Neat place!!

Attended a bridal shower hosted at this location. They have a nice pool area, restaurant cash bar) and you are able to see the planes land take off. Overall a nice place to host an event although it's not a secluded area); ppl were walking around from the pool to the bar. The place was busy, cleanly and in a beautiful location.

The most disappointing part, especially as a pregnant woman, was the long wait for my salad. It took over twenty minutes to prepare what was essentially just lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. When it finally arrived, it had cheese on it despite my request for it to be cheese-free. I follow a strict vegan diet, and that was essentially the only item on the menu I could order. My friends who came with me weren't able to order food at all because the kitchen got so backed up that it had to close. I left feeling disappointed and hungry, and I likely won't return. I'm giving it 2 stars because the woman at the front gate and the guys at the snack stand were friendly, even while processing my food order refund.

I've always been a fan of the Flying W, but I'm even more excited about it now. They're doing a fantastic job of managing crowd sizes during COVID. The food is amazing for a pool snack bar, and the drinks are delicious and strong. We had a wonderful family day at the pool and felt very safe.
