On the other hand, this place is fantastic. I recently visited for the fourth time in a few months and it is without a doubt the best sushi spot for miles around. The fish quality is unparalleled, and the smoked eel is the best I've ever had. Hiro, the owner, is incredibly kind, and his daughter is the sweetest server. I still want to try their bento combos, but the sushi is just so good that I always end up ordering it. The rice has a perfect texture, and the seaweed on the rolls is easy to chew. The portions of fish and eel are very generous. My only regret is not discovering this gem sooner so I could have enjoyed it for longer.

This is the best sushi I have ever had in the valley. The proportions, flavor, and quality all get a perfect 10/10 rating from me. The service is excellent for takeout, and this is the perfect place for a dinner meal. The price per person ranges from $50 to $100. I highly recommend trying their rolls. Overall, I give this restaurant a 5-star rating for both food and service.

The food at this restaurant is incredible with generous portions and reasonable prices. Our waiter even surprised us with complimentary ice cream for our family. I’ve been going to this place for 5 years and honestly I’m curious if it’s under new ownership. The food was sloppy and not prepared to its standard it usually holds. I brought first timers and we spent close to $200 and the order was wrong. The waiters seemed new and so we definitely gave them some grace for that. But I didn’t see the usual owner and it was a Friday. I realize I hadn’t seen the owner the previous time either. And that time the food quality was also not up to par. It’s making me nervous to continue to go there if the food and service is going to not be great.
