I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I stood at the counter for more than five minutes while an employee with a vacant stare completely ignored me. They didn't say a word or offer any acknowledgment during my wait, so I eventually gave up and left. It seems that operating a cash register and recognizing customers is clearly out of that employee's grasp. If I could give negative five stars, I absolutely would. I definitely do not recommend this place and will never return.

I ordered four tacos and a bean tostada, and my experience was quite disappointing. The customer service was terrible; the staff was rude and offered excuses for everything. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, and customers who ordered after me received their meals before I did. When I inquired about the delay, the cashier shrugged it off and claimed it wasn’t his fault because their orders were easier to prepare. I really don’t understand what was so complicated about making four street tacos and a bean tostada. To top it off, my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. I won’t be returning to this place. The food was also very bland; there was no flavor in the carne asada or carnitas. I can’t even comment on the adobada because my taco was never served. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, the food was the worst I've tasted, and they added sour cream despite my request for none. My receipt clearly states "no sour cream." As a result, I had to deal with stomach issues all night, and I'm expected to drive a semi-truck tomorrow. I ended up throwing away the second burrito because it was also loaded with sour cream. I will never eat at this location again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I gave it a one-star rating because I couldn't give any less. This has been the worst $35 I've ever spent, and I believe they should issue a refund for their mistakes. Avoid this place or dine here at your own risk.
