Panda Express - Medford

Miss Joeha was the rudest who wanted to ask her a question that her answer to the counter went back and totally ignored me. Good luck keeping customers! Will not add a photo as a respect show though I didn't make it!

The staff is very confused about what needs to be treated first or who helps who and then hurry the customer with order or haste to make the food order. The two most popular items on the menu are never filled and obviously closes the store at 930, but they stop making some food at 8:00 or earlier because they feel like it. The employees prioritise the acquisition orders in front of customers in the business. Every time I come here, there is always a kind of problem that it never fails and then the employee in the register wants to give an attitude if you are frustrated with the service.

My partner and I always come here. We love Panda Express! I just wanted to leave a review because Joenita (I didn't get a good look at her name tag, so I hope that as you spell her name) is so beautiful. She worked there the last few times and she was so nice every time. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!!

I give this Panda Express a 5 stars because it is the most consistent. The same staff has been working there for years. They are always efficient. Even if there's a line I know the wait won? This location is always clean and many indoor and outdoor tables with parasols. They always fill the options so they are fresh and hot. My mother loves the honey walnut shrimp? A $1,50 charge, but she says it's worth it every time. 10/10 Chow never disappointed

Love coming here for hearty Chinese food. Food quality and tasty always consistent. The price is also good. Quick and delicious meal. Staff are friendly and efficient. The store is pretty clean. I went at 7pm and a few items need to be refilled and took 5-7 minutes for them to make.
