The menu is extensive, featuring options like fish, steak, veal, and vegan dishes. The food is fantastic—delicious and satisfying! The drink menu is also impressive, with a good selection of cocktails, beers, and wines. Given today's economy, the prices at this restaurant are surprisingly reasonable. This place is truly a gem!
We had an excellent meal with friendly service. They quickly found us a table, even though we didn't have a reservation (lucky, since it soon got busy). We've visited twice for their Pre-Race Pasta, and it was fantastic each time. I highly recommend it. Great value for the quality of food and service!
The bar area was where the rest of the waitstaff congregated, and unfortunately, they didn't seem to come out to assist customers. We started with appetizers of clams in a white wine and butter sauce, which were delicious, as well as some fried wontons filled with cream cheese and spinach that were fantastic. However, the salad we ordered was disappointing, topped with a honey and chili dressing that didn’t work well. The Caesar salad was decent, with a hint of anchovy flavor. For our main courses, I ordered Chicken Picante while my partner had Chicken Alfredo. Sadly, everything went wrong. My chicken was rubbery, and they overloaded my spaghetti with half a bottle of caper juice. My partner's Alfredo sauce tasted almost like pumpkin and was filled with large chunks of broccoli. The main dishes were simply terrible. It seemed like there was no quality control in the kitchen to ensure that the food being served was up to standard. While this restaurant has potential, they really need to step up their game in the kitchen and possibly find new leadership. I'm not sure I would return after this experience. Overall, a disappointing evening.
I had the Scallop scallopini, but the Chicken Marsala and Salmon Piccata sounded amazing! Vanessa made excellent recommendations, but make reservations on weekends: we personally heard them turn away 15 people. The mixed drinks are super fun (better than the local wine I also tried), but we can?t wait to bring friends back in Fall Winter to try more. LOL I?ve got tons of food allergies, so the salad was bland but safe. My entree was really pretty good! You need dessert (flourless chocolate cake sorbet) got gluten free vegan folks. Vanessa was the best server with the cutest earrings ever. ??
The food was amazing! Overly priced, especially the wine which is half of what they charge at total wine and liquor for the same bottle. They don?t carry any specialty wines or local by the way, it?s all total wine and liquor wines. Service was terrible, the women we saw serving were barely dressed and what they were wearing was very inappropriate for a nice eatery. I?m in awe that the managers allowed the waiters to represent their business dressed in crop tops and shredded jeans if they are trying to promote themselves as a decent stop. I would come back because of how good the food was but I don?t want to visit this place and deal with the wait staff. The attitude of the waiters were also awful, as if how dare somebody come in and make them work and inconvenience them. Keep the chef, fire the rest.
