I have been coming to this specific restaurant since I was a little girl, and I have never experienced anything like this before. I came with my husband, baby, and our friend and it was his first time ever going to red lobster. We arrived at 7:15pm and did not get our food until almost 9pm. We had to ask for our food and from our previous experience in the food industry we are fully aware that our server had forgotten about us and our food was microwaved because it had sat and gotten cold, the crab had shrunk because it was microwaved, burger buns were extremely hard from the microwave, and lettuce on the burgers was very soggy and brown. My son whom is not even two years old got grilled chicken instead of the chicken tenders we ordered and the grilled chicken was so hard it sounded like a rock when we hit it against the plate. By the time my son got his chicken tenders we asked for them in a box because it was past his bedtime. Upon arriving home we realized those were also burnt, my son is not a picky eater but even after tearing off all of the burnt parts he refused to eat it. I have never written a complaint before but I have never experienced service this horrible. I am mainly sad because this was a place a grew up going to and now will not be going back. I am simply writing this in the hopes that higher management will see this and maybe promote change so that this does not happen to another family.
Our server was amazing! that said food is way too expensive, for what you get.Found a foreign object in the shrimp scampi, the server was on top of it, got the manager, and compt. the dish and replaced it to. Great service all around!!
Greeter was super nice, wait persons were great, food was fantastic, we had a great time here, will come back.
Dinners do not look like the pictures, although the food tastes good.
