Definitely the best breakfast Burritos in the Rogue Valley! Just criticism, I can't get a weekend!

Had the bacon breakfast Burrito. Very good! Warm tortilla, great hot sauce!

Not sure what all negative reviews are in this place. We stormed our food and were very pleasantly surprised, by far the best Mexican food that each of us had throughout the Medford area, and certainly my new ones go. To address some of the negative reviews, yes the meat has fat in it, but it was very tasteful and honest doesn't bother me at all. All our foods came freshly cooked and nothing was cold or raw, which I saw in other reviews. Just a bite and I could say the meat was fresh, the tortilla was fresh, the chips were fresh, and even the horchata tasted fresh and tasty. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who looks at it.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The breakfast burritos are fantastic, and the service is quick and convenient. They recently introduced a sandwich called the Taco Torta—a taco stuffed in a sandwich roll—which is also amazing. Just keep in mind that it’s only available for lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM. Don't wait too long to try it; I promise you won't regret it! The Mexican cuisine is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

This is my personal taco paradise—definitely the best food truck in the Rogue Valley. I love getting the five pollo tacos for just five bucks; it's an amazing deal. I usually call ahead about five minutes before I arrive, and the food is typically ready when I get there. The food is delicious, and Rico, the owner, is a fantastic guy. He's really friendly!
