Sam's Club Cafe - Medford

Enrollment at member services was courteous and professional on my first day of membership. Variety of merchandise in store plus there was plenty of help on the floor. Checkout was smooth and pleasant. The one complaint I had was in the Food court. The one gentleman I encountered behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. I could overhear his rantings about customers. He was clearly disgruntled and angry and my children felt threatened. We left the store on a bad note as a result. That would never have had happened at Costco.

My boss bought all of the employees a Sam's Club apple pie for this most recent Thanksgiving. One of the largest I've seen (almost 5lbs) and probably one of the best store-bought pies I've had in a while.

I went here with my kids, there Chips Ahoys are very Disgusting, I checked the expiration date when I was there and my kid threw up the next day! My kid now has Flu because of Sams Club! Cant believe this and my kid can't go to school and see his friends either

The ladies who work at the food club are incredible. They are always understaffed yet they are extremely nice even when some customers are rude to them. The pizza is always fresh and hot. The best lunch around.

Clean, nice layout, good prices with on stairs pharmacy and optometrist . Gas prices were worth the wait.
