Tenoch Mexican - Medford

Came in said they faint make food 10mins before closing 8:50 on sunday May 19th. I’ve work retail before but we were never allowed to refuse service despite a person being banned or bc we didn’t have the the meat they were asking for

Online ordering failed. Tonight, when I arrived about 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, it was not. When I got to the person taking the orders it had to get re-ordered and the meal was ready 20 min after the order was supposed to be ready. No apology, no nothing. Seems like the staff is not empowered or encouraged to make things right. Unfortunately, no way to reach tenoch via their web site, so have to resort to venting on a review site.

These tacos have been quite decent the few times I have been here. Fast service, too.
