Arby's - Medicine Hat

We had a wonderful experience yesterday at this place.

This restaurant is cozy and has an authentic Japanese feeling when you walk in.

Friendly services and tasty Japanese foodNote I do not personally eat raw fish so I cannot speak to that but enjoyed my food.

Stopped by to try the new John's Texas Chicken fast food restaurant (formally Arby's). Arrived shortly after 6pm and ordered after a short wait. After spending $32 for a basic 2-person chicken meal order - we waited about 30 mins. Not a lot of people in the restaurant. Still not served but had to go to the movie. After another 5 mins to track down the front counter person we had to leave without food or refund. This place was terrible - dirty, staff miserable and the wait excruciating. Biggest restaurant disappointment in a long while.

I've always enjoyed the Arby's beef and cheddar sandwiches. I used to love the deep fried onion chunks (can't recall the menu name) and wish they would bring them back.
