We had excellent service from Papa Johns from the Kingsway location!We ordered alot of 2 slice pizza boxes roughly about 206 boxes of justcheese,pepperoni,Hawaiian and also gluten free! And also 5 Large pizzas on the side! This was all for a pizza and movie night for the students.The delivery came earlier then we had asked for too and we also got extra pizzas so that was a bonus for the school fundraising event!Papa john’s pizza is really special you can really taste the difference because everything tastes fresh and delicious ?.We would just like to thank you Karthick and your team for the excellent service and hard work! Cape school will definitely order again ?.We would highly recommend this pizza place and they also have a new dunmore location too!
Ordered one night. Food arrived. Opened pizza box and bit into a large piece of plastic that hurt my mouth badly. I filed a complaint. Asked for a refund. I attempted several times to contact the manager. I called the store. And employee claimed he was the manager until he realized I had a complaint filed with papa johns corporate. Then he claimed he wasn't the manager and one wasn't available.I filed a complaint once again and finally managed to have the manager answer the phone. He refused to refund me without me physically coming to the store. I checked, and verified with papa johns corporate that he could refund me over my credit card (the original purchase method) and requested this.Multiple times I requested this. The manager refused. He said the only way to refund me was with me in person. And only in cash.I drove 30 minutes to get to papa johns as I live out of town. I just simply wanted my refund. And to leave. The manager held my refund infront of me in cash in his hand while lecturing me that there was nothing wrong with the food. And I was making things up.I left. Filed another complaint. Which in return the manager called my phone and left a voice mail saying I'm just lieing. Making false claims. Trying to get free food. Free items.Each of my complaints state I don't want free food. And that I have zero intention to ever eat again at a papa johns. His voice-mail claims I'm no longer a customer as far as he's considered because I'm telling lies to get free food.I've never complained. I've never sent food back. At any restauraunt. I just simply didn't want people eating large pieces of plastic. And I don't mean cellophane. It was a large piece from a cutting board rock solid.My mistake. I should've posted the pictures and video of it on social media like everyone else immediately does instead of attempting to resolve the matter in a non public and private professional way.I don't want any food. I don't want anything free. I just don't want to be disrespected and called a liar and have a manager scream at me.Papa johns corporate has admitted the manager is lieing. And they Even put in the ticket that he was able to refund me without me being present. He only wanted me to come into the store to attempt to cause a scene.Never again. Stay far away from this location at all costs.
Great customer experience, I was attended by the store manager, he did his best to make sure I get what I want, my pizza was tasty and fresh, I'll come Back to this location for sure.
This is my go to pizza place they never disappoint in their pizzas, good quality and delicious. Happy to make sure their customers are satisfied as well.
