Starbucks - Medicine Hat

I ordered through the drive thru a pumpkin spice Frappuccino. Initially, the guy took 2 mins to get the order and then put me on wait for 9 mins. It is ridiculous. I bought a single drink, not an entire meal. there is no reason that it should have taken that long. The customer service was awful and they had a very bad kitchen environment. Different voices are coming out of the DT window. I asked for manager, the employee Brandon, told me the manager is not here and also that there is no supervisor. What a terrible situation. The customers are waiting and the staff members are busy doing their own shenanigans. I will not be returning to this location, and do not advise anyone come here either.

Had an amazing experience this morning, didn’t catch her name but this lovely blonde lady helped me with my order, gave me recommendations like adding blonde shots to my coffee so I could stay awake, went above and beyond with my order and her amazing and bubbly presence ! Made my morning !

I have never had any issues with this Starbucks location, every time I have either walked in or used the drive through the staff are fantastic and always very energetic. Yes prices are higher than all of us would like but it’s Starbucks of course, nothing beats a Chai Tea Latte before or after work! ?

I've always liked stopping in at this location when passing through Medicine Hat and need a coffee. No doubt this location can get busy and lined up a lot, but that's not a big deal. Always had friendly staff and no issues from here too.
