Sushi Miso - Medicine Hat

If you're looking for sushi in the Hat, this is the place. What is lacks in looks it undoubtedly makes up for in food and service. Having been to Japan I'd say this stacks up to average Japanese sushi, which in Canada, especially Medicine Hat, is high praise. The service is friendly, punctual and sincere. I don't think I've ever seen my water glass any less than 2/3 full. Value is exceptional. Can't say enough good things. Just eat here already!

Sushi Miso has been my favorite go to restaurant as long as I can remember. I no longer live in Medicine Hat, but whenever I am in town to visit family I always try and eat it as often as I can. Hoping they never go out of business! The hours are fairly wonky to maneuver around sometimes closed when advertised open and the owner can be hit and miss for politeness but the sushi is still the best I've had, and very consistent from the 12 some years I've been going.

By far the best Sushi in town.  If you have not tried it you should.  I have ate Sushi in a lot of different cities across Canada and USA.  I also make my own and this is one of the best places I have ate.  Make sure you try it.

Not the best sushi but above average. The owner came across a bit odd. She seemed rude to her staff. Had tuna sashimi there, it was a bit fishy and huge size.

The sushi was fantastic and the portion sizes were more than generous. Highly recommended! Clean and pleasant dining atmosphere and attentive service.
