Duka Bay Resort - Medina

I spent the last three weeks trying to book a function here but the sales and marketing personnel failed to accommodate us. We visited one time and called over phone almost everyday to no avail. During our visit, we were able to speak with the front office and negotiated for the bizarre and unreasonable charges. However, they can’t confirm everything due to pending advise and approval from the marketing team. This is by far the poorest service I received from a resort. If you’re planning a company event, avoid this resort at all cost.

For the area, it 's great. But if you try to order something from the menu with special instructions, such as no mushrooms , don 't expect it to be right when you get it. Restaurant service is very slow as well. Courteous staff though, and beautiful view. Service: 2

Duka Bay Resort is one of the secured beach resort, 24/7 security. Clear sea water and fine white sand. They have also restaurant and Villas room for staying overnight. 250 entrance fee (day). Service: 4

This resort gives me a 5 star review, because of its friendly staff, its buffet, hotel rooms (villas), and the location and beach. I highly recommend staying here for atleast 2 days. The villa has a beautiful view of the ocean, and there is vehicle parking at the back of the villas. Service: 5
